Cant find way to import existing GIFs?

I purchased this particularly to edit existing GIFs. but cant find a way to import. Load a GIF as a photo and it appears as a single image? GIFs dont load as video either. Customer support is hard to find on the website, so cant give it a decent rating… unfortunately. Ill try to uprate it if I find a way to make it work.
